  • Any space no matter how small can be cleverly designed to fit in storage, sitting space, area to put table and chairs. This garden is slate paving with low maintenance gravel planted beds and a raised planter with seat to relax and enjoy the space without having to have table and chairs out. A shed was put in without dominating the space.

  • The slate was sealed to bring out the colour of the slate and to protect the paving from spillages and stains from grease etc from BBQs. The irregular patio increases space on which to put a decent size table. The gravel allows a space on which to walk around the plants, if it was completely paved it would give a feeling of a yard. Bsing the different products it breaks up the space without losing areas to walk and also keeps the maintenance on the borders lower. The raised seat adds height and a place to sit to enjoy the sun a socialable area when having a party.

  • Herbs are planted near to the kitchen door for ease of harvesting but also are available to add straight onto the BBQ or into that glass of Pimms! The topairy in the pot is covering a man hole cover to hide it but also allow access if needed.
