- Decking can give an inside out feel to space just outside the house. Wood feels good underfoot and is prefect for this balcony as it is a natural product and blends into the view.
- In you want to ulitise an area that is a slope decks are one of the options to do this. This slope has been transformed into a lovely eating and sitting area. The smart steps really finish off this deck. A willow fence at the back adds texture and screens the deck from the house behind.
- Decking can be used as pathways as well as sitting areas. It is easy to build into ackward areas such as hillsides and can eadsily be design to fir into different levels. This hardwood deck fits prefectly into the natural woodland.
- Summer houses are no problem for us. We built this deck aroung the summerhouse with a retaining wall all out of timber to blend into the bank. Sleep steps lead you to the area.
- This raised oak deck was built to provide a level area to match the internal floor level to sit and enjoy the views. Stainless steel wires is a minimal barrier to the view but prevents any falls! Scented climbers were planted around the base.
- Decking can be laid in many designs. This oak has been put down in a herring bone.
- Pergolas provide a route around the garden, give height to the garden and provide a structure for climbing plants. This garden would look very flat without the added height. Gravel paths give texture and colour with victorian style edges.
- Although normally associated with formal gardens pergolas can be in any style. This is a natural rustic pergola. Rustic poles and natural paving give a natural feel.
- This pergola leads you from the drive down into the garden. An elegant timber frame is palnted with wisteria and jasmin to give a wonderful scent as you walk through. The gravel crunches underfoot. Prefect for a summe stroll down the garden.
